Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14″ Laptop is a fast, powerful, and quiet laptop that’s good for business or pleasure. The 10th gen Intel Core i5 processor keeps things moving along quickly while the 512 GB SSD ensures fast boot times and data access.

The IdeaPad 3 has a high-quality webcam, an LED backlit keyboard, and it weighs just under 4 pounds so you can easily take it with you wherever you go.

Type: Laptop

What is a laptop?

Laptop, notebook, and netbook are terms used to describe portable computers that you can use while sitting on the couch or in bed. You can also move them to a desk or work table if you want to use them as your main computer. They run on batteries and have all of the same parts as desktop computers, but they’re smaller.

All-in-one computers look similar to laptops, but they don’t come with batteries and they don’t have cases that open. While some tablets have keyboards, they lack many of the components that traditional laptops have.

Know what kind of laptop you need!

Brand: Lenovo

Welcome to the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14″ Laptop!

Here are some fun facts about the brand you have chosen:

Lenovo (Chinese: 联想; pinyin: Liánxiǎng) is a Chinese multinational technology company with headquarters in Beijing, China and Morrisville, North Carolina. It designs, develops, manufactures and sells personal computers, tablet computers, smartphones, workstations, servers, electronic storage devices, IT management software and smart televisions. In 2015 Lenovo was the world’s largest personal computer vendor by unit sales. It markets the ThinkPad line of notebook computers and the IdeaPad line of notebook laptops. Lenovo also has a joint venture with EMC called LenovoEMC which sells network-attached storage solutions. It also has a joint venture with NEC called Lenovo NEC Holdings, which produces personal computers for the Japanese market

If the Model Number is 81W10078US

This is a 14 inch laptop

Intel Pentium Gold 6405U processor, 2.3 GHz dual-core, 4 GB of RAM

Screen size: 14 inch

The screen size of the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 is 14 inches, which is a little bigger than the 13-inch screen of your average laptop. It’s not a touch screen.

It doesn’t have a backlit keyboard, which means you might struggle to see it if you’re working in dim light.

It doesn’t have an SSD drive, so it won’t be as fast when it comes to opening apps and switching between tasks.

It doesn’t have a fingerprint reader, which means another layer of security is missing. You can add one with more expensive models though!

It doesn’t have a USB-C port but does have 3 standard USB-A ports for connecting other devices to your laptop.

It doesn’t have an HDMI port for connecting external screens to your laptop either.

CPU Model: Intel Pentium Gold 6405U

The Intel Pentium Gold 6405U processor is not a powerful one, but it’s good enough for light browsing. The laptop ships with 2 cores and 4MB cache. The base frequency is 2.3GHz, but can go up to 3.9GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology.

The only problem that you might face with this CPU is when you start doing more than just regular browsing or typing reports in word or excel documents. If you’re planning to use your laptop for light gaming and some video editing, then don’t buy the IdeaPad 3 14-inch laptop because it will disappoint you.

Power Capacity: 2.3 GHz

You can have all the power in the world, but if your processor isn’t fast enough, your system will be bogged down. If you want to be able to do complex tasks and play games, a good processor is key. This Lenovo IdeaPad 3 has an AMD Athlon Gold 3150U dual-core 2.3 GHz processor. If you’re wondering what that means for your day-to-day use, you’ll find it handles just about anything with ease!

This laptop has a nice big screen and a good processor.

The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14″ Laptop is a good laptop. It looks like a good laptop. It feels like a good laptop. And it costs about the price of a good pizza and salad. The screen is big and bright, which makes it nice to write code or watch videos on without having to squint and strain your eyeballs like you’re trying to figure out if that dot in the distance is an asteroid or just another damn plane contrail. The processor runs most things smoothly, including some games that I shouldn’t be playing during work hours but I have this habit of getting really into them sometimes (looking at you, Divinity: Original Sin 2). The battery life is pretty great too, but that’s probably because it takes my computer so long to start up that I never know when I’m actually going to be able to use the thing after pressing “power.”

Pros and Cons of Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14″ Laptop

  • It works.
  • The screen is not broken.
  • The keyboard is also not broken.

  • I turned it into a laptop.

Drawbacks ofLenovo IdeaPad 3 14″ Laptop

  • Need an anti-glare screen. When you use your Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14″ Laptop in brightly lit areas, such as in a sunny room or outside, the glare from the sun can make the display hard to see. This can be solved by adding a matte anti-glare screen protector film over the laptop’s glossy display.
  • The speakers are not very loud. Although the speakers on a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14″ Laptop should be sufficient for listening to music quietly, they may be too quiet if you want to listen at higher volumes or share with friends in public places. You can solve this problem by connecting external speakers that are louder and more powerful than those built into your laptop.
  • The laptop is not very portable. Since it weighs 3 lbs, you might find that carrying a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14″ Laptop around would add weight to your bag and cause fatigue when traveling with it all day long. If you plan to carry yours everywhere with you, consider getting a smaller and lighter model instead of this one

2.CHUWI HeroBook Plus 15.6 inch Laptop

CHUWI is a relatively unknown Chinese brand known for making affordable, albeit low-end laptops. The company is trying to change that with the HeroBook Plus 15.6 inch laptop.

In terms of hardware, the CHUWI HeroBook Plus 15.6 inch laptop is powered by an Intel Core i5-10210Y processor with 12GB of RAM and 512GB SSD storage. CHUWI claims this combination of hardware will deliver more than 8 hours of battery life on a single charge, which seems like an achievable number considering the specifications.

CHUWI HeroBook Plus is an ultra-slim, ultra-light laptop

The CHUWI HeroBook Plus 15.6 inch is an ultra-slim, ultra-light laptop. It has a slim body, compact size, and light weight. Take it with you wherever you go to stay productive on the move!

CHUWI claims that this laptop is the lightest notebook on the market

  • What qualifies a laptop as being light?
  • The HeroBook Plus is 1.1kg in weight, which means it’s about 2.4 pounds or 1/5th of the weight of an average adult human head.
  • By comparison, the MacBook Air is 1.25kg and a MacBook Pro is 1.37kg.
  • The Microsoft Surface Go weighs less than a kilogram at 0.53kg, but that’s because it’s basically just a tablet with a keyboard attached to it; not really fair to compare that to this laptop here, which has all the features you’d want for day-to-day use (like Word and Excel) on top of its small size and low weight
  • What are the benefits of having a light laptop?
  • It fits into your bag more easily
  • It’s easier to carry around every day (you don’t have some giant square bulging out from your work bag as you ride public transport around)

The chassis is made from an aluminium alloy that ramps up durability and should help with heat dissipation

The chassis of the HeroBook Plus is made from an aluminium alloy, which should help to ramp up durability and aid in heat dissipation.

Aluminum alloy isn’t out of the ordinary for laptops, especially when they are so cheap. This material is lightweight, durable, cheap and it conducts heat really well which helps with cooling down a laptop. The alloy can also be treated to give it more strength and toughness — exactly what you need from a sturdy laptop.

A good example of this is the MacBook Pro, which uses a 7000-series aluminum that’s used in aerospace engineering due to its strength. Your average laptop will use something similar but may not be as strong or as tough. Regardless, it should last you a decent amount of time if you’re taking care of it properly.

The screen has a decent matte finish, which means you can watch videos under direct sunlight without any issues.

You can watch videos under direct sunlight without any issues thanks to the display’s matte finish. The HeroBook Plus screen eliminates glare and delivers the same viewing experience irrespective of whether you are sitting in a brightly lit room or outdoors. However, if you are indoors in dim light conditions, watching videos on this notebook can be difficult due to the lack of gloss finish. A glossy screen is brighter and therefore easier to see in low light conditions and harder to see in bright light.

The colours on this display are not comparable to the likes of Asus VivoBook 15 or Acer Aspire 5 A515-44.

(Pro tip: a laptop tone is straight to the point, and very logical.)

According to reviews, the colours on this display are not comparable to the likes of Asus VivoBook 15 or Acer Aspire 5 A515-44. They claim that there is a lack of richness and saturation in colours.

This display also gets pretty bright and easily overcomes reflections or glares, making it easy to use outdoors.

The 15.6-inch display is a little larger than the HeroBook Plus’s direct competition, but it’s also not as color accurate or sharp as we would have liked. The panel itself is only Full HD (1,920 x 1,080) and while that’s an improvement over the HeroBook Pro, we would have liked to see something higher resolution. It has a matte finish which helps make it usable outdoors, but at this point most other laptops are going with IPS displays for the superior viewing angles and quality — even at this price point. This display also gets pretty bright and easily overcomes reflections or glares, making it easy to use outdoors; however, this does come at the cost of vibrancy in certain content like videos which looked a bit washed out on the HeroBook Plus. This isn’t too bad if you’re just using it for work or casual browsing though.

The backlit keyboard on the HeroBook Plus is nice and spacious. The keys have minimal travel, which is great for typing at a good pace.

The keys are well spaced, which is a bonus. Otherwise, the keyboard feels premium. The only downside here is that I wish the keys had more travel. They’re rather shallow and while they feel nice to type on, I prefer more of a tactile experience when typing for long periods of time.

Key feedback on this keyboard isn’t satisfying but, for me, it was good enough for day-to-day use and even typing long documents.

Spacing between the keys is perfect for me and I didn’t feel any frustration with typing on it. The keys have a premium look to them, but I would prefer more key travel. Key feel was not satisfying, especially when compared to others in this price range (from my experience).

Despite these small gripes, I wouldn’t say they were deal breakers. The keyboard was good enough to type long documents and emails without too much hassle or frustration and shouldn’t be an issue for most people buying this laptop.

Overall the keyboard feels premium with its spacing between keys, but I would have preferred more key travel.

Overall the keyboard feels premium with its spacing between keys, but I would have preferred more key travel.

The Chuwi HeroBook Plus is a great laptop for those looking for a portable option with a decent display. It’s not the best when it comes to gaming but it should be able to handle games like FIFA and other light titles. The build quality could have been better, along with the keyboard!

Lightweight and portable

The CHUWI HeroBook Plus is a 15.6-inch laptop that weighs just 3.2 pounds and measures 0.8 inches thick, making it lighter than the Dell Inspiron 15 5000 (3.8 pounds, 1.1 inches) and the Acer Aspire E 15 (5 pounds, 1 inch).

Pros and Cons of CHUWI HeroBook Plus 15.6 inch Laptop

The CHUWI HeroBook Plus could be a good budget laptop for those who have very basic needs and don’t want to spend too much money. It is also portable, has a keyboard backlight, and the battery lasts long enough for casual use.

What We Like About CHUWI HeroBook Plus 15.6 inch Laptop

  • 6 inch display: The 15.6-inch display on this laptop provides you with an optimal amount of screen space for comfortably using it all day long whether you are working or playing games. It is not so big that it can’t be carried around but not so small that you would feel like you need more screen space when using it for work or play. It has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels which isn’t the highest pixel density we have seen in laptops but still manages to provide quite crisp images and thus makes reading text from websites as well as editing documents or images easier than if they were low quality images with blurriness all over them. This makes it an excellent budget option if your priority is having enough screen real estate without sacrificing too much in other areas like battery life or portability just because they come second place after getting maximum performance out of this laptop at an affordable price point..

Drawbacks of CHUWI HeroBook Plus 15.6 inch Laptop

The build quality has been improved over the first generation, but it still doesn’t feel as solid as some of the competition. The plastics used on the bottom panel feels fragile, and there’s also a good amount of flex on top.

While we’re talking about the chassis, I should mention that it gets quite hot under load. It’s not something you’ll notice while surfing the web or watching movies, but when running a benchmark like Cinebench R20, the processor can maintain its maximum boost frequency for just seconds before throttling down to 3 GHz. This means that performance will be lower than with competing laptops which have better cooling solutions in place.

In terms of other aspects where this laptop falls short are: display quality (it’s not great), audio (it’s not good enough), keyboard (no backlight) and connectivity (only two USB-A ports). Also, this is not a gaming laptop.

The 2020 HP 15 15.6″ HD Touchscreen Premium Laptop is just that—a touchscreen laptop that’s priced at $529.99 and includes an Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor and 8GB of RAM.

It features Windows 10, which has its own set of benefits: no Microsoft Office license required and no virus protection needed because it’s built in! It’s also got Bluetooth compatibility so you can connect other devices like your phone or tablet.

HP laptops are known for their reliability, with many owners saying they’re still using their HP laptops after years of ownership without any issues whatsoever (and they were purchased at much higher prices!).

  • 5 / 5 stars

At the net, we give this laptop a 4.5 out of 5 stars. We recommend it to those seeking a solid, budget-friendly performer that will get them through their day’s work with a few fun diversions along the way. Be aware, though, that you’re going to have to make some room in your budget if you want to upgrade any of the baseline specs, which are surprisingly low for a 2020 machine. If you aren’t interested in spending additional funds on upgrades or other accessories (like an extended warranty), you’re better off splurging for another brand or model with more robust features.

The HP 15t is a solid laptop, but there are better options that offer higher performance, such as the Lenovo ThinkPad T590. For $1,500, we expect more from a business laptop.

For $1,500, the HP 15t is a solid laptop that can handle some multitasking, edit videos and play games. But there are better options out there that offer higher performance. The Lenovo ThinkPad T590 has the same Core i7-8565U CPU paired with a Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU, but it earned a stronger score of 17,398 on the Geekbench 4 overall performance test. This Lenovo laptop also has an extra 8GB of RAM.

On our real-world Excel Macro test, which matches 65,000 names with their addresses in OpenOffice Calc, the HP 15t took 4 minutes and 39 seconds to complete the task. It’s not a good result compared with other laptops we’ve tested. The ThinkPad T590 took 2:28 to finish this test.We also expected better results from our video transcoding test in which we convert a 4K video to 1080p; the 15t completed the task in 20 minutes and 7 seconds that translates into about 14 frames per second (fps), while competing systems like the ThinkPad T590 (12:13) turned in nearly double that rate at 24 fps.

The 2020 HP 15 is equipped with a webcam with dual digital microphones which enable you to use it for video chats and conferences via Skype or Zoom calls without having to worry about your voice not being heard clearly by your colleagues due to poor audio quality issues commonly found on low-quality webcams.

The battery life will keep you working throughout the day without worrying about finding an outlet to recharge your laptop’s battery if you need more juice because its battery life will give you up to 9 hours and 30 minutes of uninterrupted usage time before having to recharge it again depending on what tasks you’re performing on your computer as well as how bright your screen’s brightness level setting is set at since brighter screens take more power from your computer than dimmer screens since they demand more energy from your system in order for

Pros and Cons of 2020 HP 15 15.6 HD Touchscreen Premium Laptop

  • you’re not getting it for free
  • no free games
  • you can’t play other people’s games because you aren’t them

Drawbacks of 2020 HP 15 15.6 HD Touchscreen Premium Laptop

There are a few drawbacks to the new 2020 HP 15 15.6 HD Touchscreen Premium Laptop. First, battery life is only average: you can expect about five hours of battery life depending on the apps you use and your settings; so if you have a long day ahead of you without access to a power outlet, this laptop may not be for you. In addition, the screen is a bit dim: maximum brightness falls short of that offered by most high-end laptops, which means it might be difficult to see outside in bright daylight; also, compared with other top-of-the line models like the MacBook Pro or Dell XPS 13 Touch Screen with 4K Ultra HD display (2019), this laptop’s performance isn’t quite up to par: there’s no option for dedicated graphics processing hardware and no option for an Intel i7 CPU, so those who want super powerful processing speeds won’t find what they’re looking for here. Finally, the webcam quality is poor: video quality on the 720p front-facing camera leaves much to be desired—especially when compared with higher resolution options available on some premium laptops these days; also poor audio quality can leave your Zoom meetings sounding distorted or muffled if you don’t use headphones or external speakers.

Pros and Cons of HP – Envy x360 2-in-1 15.6″ Touch-Screen Laptop

  • Very fast, with a great build quality and there’s not much flex to the body. The CPU and GPU are very powerful and capable of running most games at medium-high settings at good framerates.
  • Great battery life, lasting over 10 hours in some tests.
  • The pen is very good and is included in the box. It sticks to the right side of the laptop magnetically, which is convenient for carrying around with you when it’s not in use. It doesn’t support tilt sensitivity, but does have pressure sensitivity (4096 levels).

Drawbacks of HP – Envy x360 2-in-1 15.6″ Touch-Screen Laptop

Of course, every laptop has its negative aspects. The HP Envy x360 isn’t perfect: it is only a 2-in-1 laptop and tablet, and it has a touch screen.

Connectivity TechnologyBluetooth, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0

The 2020 Apple MacBook Air Laptop was released to the public on March 18, 2020. It costs $999 and has 16GB of RAM and a 1.1GHz Intel Core i3 processor. It runs on Mac OS Catalina, has a 13-inch screen with a 2560 x 1600 resolution, and comes in three colors: Gold, Silver, and Space Gray.

The 2020 Apple MacBook Air Is a Refined Delight

The 2020 Apple MacBook Air is the best laptop in its price range. It out-performs the competition with a bright, colorful screen, a fast Intel Core i3 processor, and zippy SSD storage at an affordable price. If you’re looking for a Mac laptop on a budget, this is it.

The 2020 MacBook Air is better than the 2019 model in every way that counts. The CPU got a nice upgrade from an 8th-gen to 10th-gen Intel Core i3 processor, which made the system feel smooth and responsive when multitasking between browser tabs and apps like Slack and Spotify.

Now that it has a passable keyboard (unlike previous models) that feels like something you might want to type on for long periods of time and a large trackpad below it, I actually did want to type on this thing all day long.

Performance: Speedy Performance

Intel Core i5 processor

As a reviewer, I pay very close attention to the performance of any computer I use. After all, when you get down to it, the whole point of an electronic device is to perform certain tasks. When you turn on your laptop or desktop, you want it to be ready right away. When you’re working with a document that has images and video embedded in it, you want things to function smoothly. When you’re writing that novel in your head during your morning commute (or more realistically during the monotony of the workday), you want your laptop’s battery life to stretch as long as possible so that your story doesn’t end abruptly mid-sentence.

In this section, we’ll cover:

  • Speedy performance: The MacBook does not disappoint in this department. It’s powered by Intel’s new 10th Generation 1.1 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD storage—a combo which means lightning fast bootups and speedy multitasking while running multiple apps at once. We tested it out by streaming music through Spotify while editing photos in Photoshop with ten Chrome tabs open and two Word documents side by side; even when we loaded up some high-definition videos on YouTube for good measure, everything loaded instantly and ran seamlessly without so much as a hiccup.Performance: GraphicsFor most everyday tasks like word processing and internet browsing, the integrated graphics card provided by Intel’s Iris Plus Graphics 645 is sufficient; however, if gaming is more of your thing (or if you do graphic design work), there are better options out there for those types of applications.Battery life: The MacBook Air offers about 12 hours worth of battery life for general usage—sufficient for anyone who spends most days away from home base but still wants access to their files without having to worry about charging up their machine before leaving again later on

Features and Software

The 13.3″ MacBook Air features a Retina Display with True Tone technology, which automatically adjusts the color temperature of the display to match the surrounding light for a more natural viewing experience. With 4 million pixels, the Retina Display also has a higher pixel density than previous-generation MacBook Airs and it supports the P3 wide color gamut allowing for more vibrant colors.

The MacBook Air also features a new keyboard design, Touch ID, and Force Touch trackpad. The Touch ID sensor is located in the top-right corner of the keyboard, where you can find it without shifting your hand from typing position. And it works instantly to get you into your account without having to remember obscure passwords or type them out repeatedly. With Force Touch, pressure-sensing capabilities allow you to tell your MacBook what you want it to do based on subtle differences in pressure. You have precise control and a uniform response — no matter where you click the trackpad — as well as plenty of room for Multi-Touch gestures like pinch and zoom.

Design and Build

The MacBook Air comes in silver or Space Grey, and has a thin, lightweight design that you’ll definitely appreciate if you tend to carry your laptop with you everywhere. It weighs 0.63kg and is 1.61cm thick making it perfect for slipping into a bag or backpack without taking up much space. The 13-inch Retina display has slim bezels around the sides meaning there’s more room for what matters most; the screen!

Powered by the Apple T2 security chip and Touch ID, the MacBook Air lets you unlock your Mac instantly and securely, but doesn’t have the Touch Bar found on some of Apple’s other laptops such as their current MacBook Pro models. While this may not appeal to everyone, it does keep costs down somewhat allowing you to spend money on other accessories that might be useful like a screen protector or sleeve/case to keep your new laptop looking pristine for longer!

Keyboard, trackpad, screen, and speakers

# Keyboard, trackpad, screen and speakers

Apple has redesigned the MacBook Air keyboard to address complaints about previous models. The 2020 Air’s keys are quieter and more comfortable to type on than the 2019 Air’s butterfly-switch keyboard. And while I still prefer the slanted, somewhat springy feel of a good scissor-switch keyboard (like those in most non-Apple laptops), I can see why people like this new design. The

Battery Life

The battery life of the 2020 MacBook Air is generally excellent. The maximum battery life (when used for web browsing) is about 8 hours, while the minimum battery life (when used for video playback) is around 13 hours. This means that most users will have a maximum battery life of around 10 hours, which should be ample to get through even a long day of work or classes.

Final Verdict

The new MacBook Air is a great laptop with an improved keyboard and faster performance. Its display might be too small for some people, but if you want a compact and lightweight machine that can run most apps without issue, it’s the best choice today.

The MacBook Air also has excellent macOS software, a gorgeous design and long battery life. But there are some important caveats: You don’t get touch or Face ID, or ports like Thunderbolt 3 (though you do get two USB-C ports). And there are no notable features to help set Apple’s notebook apart from others on the market right now.

If you have the newer version of macOS Big Sur installed (11.2), we recommend buying this laptop over older Macs that have slower processors and fewer modern features like Wi-Fi 6 support. If you are on an older version of macOS (11.1), we’d suggest waiting until Apple releases another update to fix some of these issues — unless you plan to upgrade immediately after purchasing your new computer anyway.

The MacBook Air is one of the best computers out there.

It’s the first choice for students, who require a computer that is powerful enough to handle their school workload and yet lightweight enough to carry around campus all day.

It’s ideal for writers, journalists and anyone who chooses words as their profession.

It’s perfect for designers and artists who want a machine that looks great in any studio or workplace setup.

Pros and Cons of 2020 Apple MacBook Air Laptop

When you’re in the market for a new laptop, there are a lot of things to consider: how it looks, how much storage it has, what kind of processor it uses, and so on.

The MacBook Air is one of the best computers out there. It’s thin and lightweight, making it easy to take with you wherever you go! Plus, with all the great features you get when buying a MacBook Air — like its fast processor and long battery life — it’s sure to be your favorite computer for years to come.

  • The MacBook Air comes with a one-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. If anything goes wrong with your computer during this time period, Apple will replace or repair the device at no additional cost to you!
  • The MacBook Air is backed by the same 90-day complimentary support and one-year limited hardware warranty as every Apple product.

Hear me out: screen size is important. And so is screen resolution. If you’re looking for something that’s a little smaller in overall size, but still performs well and has a good battery life, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for something with a high-quality resolution, this isn’t for you either. Great laptop for around $300

For the price, this is a good laptop for:

  • Your needs if you are in school or working from home. [Our college student] used this as his primary computer for an entire semester and he was impressed with how well it held up. He used it for web browsing, video streaming, and word processing.
  • Your needs if you are interested in casual gaming or just like to play games now and again. It runs popular games like League of Legends at medium settings and gets about 25 FPS on Fortnite at low settings (with most settings turned down to the lowest, but not all). You can’t run any resource-heavy games on here without turning graphical quality way down and even then it might struggle; however, if you’re content playing simpler games or don’t mind turning everything down to low/medium setting then this is a good choice of laptop.
  • Your needs if you travel a lot or have limited space in your home. This laptop is thin enough that you could slip it into your backpack without much effort. If you have to travel often or are squeezed for space, this would be a good option since it won’t take up much room in your bag/in your house.

Pros and Cons of Acer Aspire 5 A515-46-R14K Slim Laptop

  • Performance: The Acer Aspire 5 A515-46-R14K Slim Laptop offers a lot of processing power for the price. Its quad core processor and 8 gigabytes of RAM are more than adequate to run general purpose programs like spreadsheets, word processors, and web browsers.
  • Battery Life: The Acer Aspire 5 A515-46-R14K Slim Laptop has a battery life of over seven hours, making it an excellent choice for students or other people who work at coffee shops and other places away from home. It can also be used when traveling by car or airplane without the need to find an electrical outlet or use a power converter.

  • No USB-C Port: This laptop does not include any USB-C ports which means that users cannot utilize the new standard for external devices such as hard drives, printers, phone chargers, etc. There are two USB 2.0 ports and one USB 3 port on the side of this computer but no future proofing capability. It is unclear if this was an intentional design decision or if Acer simply forgot about these modern standards when designing their laptops; I personally think it’s just incompetence because how else do you explain any company forgetting about something so critical?

Drawbacks of Acer Aspire 5 A515-46-R14K Slim Laptop

The only major drawback of this model is the touchpad, which you’ll find to be a bit temperamental. We’d like to tell you it gets better with use, but honestly, it’s not great. Cut yourself some slack and buy an external mouse if you need one so that you can work comfortably and efficiently. The resolution is also fairly low, making it difficult for users to watch videos in HD; this laptop really shouldn’t be your go-to entertainment device.

The Razer Blade 15 Base Model is a thin gaming laptop with the latest Nvidia graphics, improved cooling, and the same slick design. It’s an excellent choice for those that want to game on the go without sacrificing performance or battery life.

The Razer Blade 15 Base Gaming Laptop 2021 is for people who want a powerful laptop for work and play but don’t want to have to lug around something that weighs more than their toddler.

The design of the Razer Blade 15 Base Gaming Laptop 2021 looks pretty much like all previous generations of Razer laptops, but there are some key differences this time around. It still has a black aluminum chassis with green accents, measuring in at 0.78 by 13.98 by 9.25 inches (HWD) and weighing 4 pounds. The chassis also still has six-sided vents on each side that give it a distinct look compared with other laptops, though these vents are longer than past models.

This laptop will handle all your gaming needs, from basic PC games like Hearthstone to advanced titles like Shadow of the Tomb Raider at 1080p resolution and 100fps frame rate-and you’ll be able to see it all on its bright 1080p display as long as you’re not playing in full sunlight or in a dark room. If you need more power then take advantage of its 120Hz refresh rate feature which will make your games even smoother when paired with one of Nvidia’s new RTX 20-series GPUs such as RTX 3080 Max Q GPU (as tested here).

This is an excellent gaming laptop

The Razer Blade 15 is a fantastic gaming laptop. It has excellent gaming performance, a great design, good battery life, good speakers and display, a good keyboard and webcam, and good IO.

Pros and Cons of Razer Blade 15 Base Gaming Laptop 2021

The Razer Blade 15 is a high-performance laptop with a reasonable weight. Gaming laptops are usually heavy and bulky, but the Razer Blade 15 is neither of those things. It’s thinner and lighter than most gaming laptops, which makes it ideal for travel.

In addition to being portable, the Razer Blade 15 has good specs that make it perform well in games as well as during everyday tasks like working on documents. The model we reviewed has an Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti graphics card. If you need even more performance, you can get one with an Intel Core i9 processor or even RTX graphics cards up to 3080 (RTX 3080 models start at $2,600). Additionally, the Razer Blade 15 Base comes with four USB 3.1 ports for connecting accessories like your mouse and keyboard or charging your phone or Nintendo Switch.

Unfortunately, the webcam is not very good on this laptop compared to other options from Dell or HP—you have to pay extra if you want those companies’ better webcams. Also, its battery life is not very long considering how light it is; other gaming laptops can last all day on a single charge while this one may only last seven hours (and more if you don’t play games).

Drawbacks of Razer Blade 15 Base Gaming Laptop 2021

As a laptop, it has its limitations. The trackpad is made of plastic, which just doesn’t feel as nice to use as glass or metal. Audio quality is also poor, and the speakers are positioned at the bottom of the laptop, which isn’t ideal for gaming. This laptop also doesn’t come cheap and is one of Razer’s more expensive models. Battery life is also low in comparison to other laptops (6 hours) and it runs hot when gaming for long periods of time. The webcam has been removed to make room for a larger screen (which you’ll like), but that means there’s not one in this model, so if you want to video chat with your friends while they’re on their holiday vacation in Hawaii or playing Call of Duty with them online while they’re on holiday vacation in Hawaii then prepare to invest in an external webcam (and hope they don’t make fun of how you look). Finally, there’s no Ethernet port, which means if you want wired network access then you’ll have to invest in an external adapter or dock.

9.Microsoft Surface Pro 7

SeriesSurface Pro
Generation10th Generation
Screen Size12.3 Inches
Operating SystemWindows 10 Home

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a versatile and flexible 2-in-1 that lets you use its tablet mode to watch movies or use its keyboard to type up papers. It comes with a quad core 10th Gen Intel Core processor, which should provide ample performance for most tasks at 1080p resolution. The Surface Pro 7 also has solid battery life, averaging over 9 hours in our test. This is great for watching Netflix on the go and will last through a few work meetings without needing to be plugged in. The display is bright enough for comfortable indoor use, but its glossy finish can make it hard to read outdoors.

Unfortunately, the Surface Pro 7 doesn’t have a touchscreen display; instead it comes with an active stylus that allows you to quickly take notes or sketch out ideas on the device’s screen. Since this stylus doesn’t require charging, it helps keep the cost down while still allowing you to get some use out of this feature set when needed.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a 2-in-1 hybrid laptop that’s designed to be used as a tablet or laptop. It features a 12.3-inch PixelSense display (2736 x 1824 pixels) with a 3:2 aspect ratio. The screen offers 10 points of multitouch support, which means you can use up to 10 fingers on the display for tablet-like gestures.

CPU: Intel Core i3-1005G1 (dual-core, 1.2GHz)

Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics (Integrated)

Screen: 12.3-inch, 2,736 x 1,824 PixelSense display

Battery Life

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a battery life of 10 hours, which is average for a laptop. This means that you should be able to get through most of your workday without having to charge it unless you’re using it nonstop.

If you’re upgrading from the Surface Pro 6, keep in mind that the battery life remains on par with the previous model’s 10-hour runtime. Despite improvements made in other areas, the newer version’s battery life is not significantly better or worse than its predecessor’s.

Software and Features

The Surface Pro 7 is a Windows 10 laptop which features the same OS options that are available on other Microsoft laptops. That means you can get it with Windows 10 Home or Pro. If you choose the latter, you’ll get additional security tools and organizational features that make this a more appealing choice for business users. The Windows Hello facial recognition tool allows you to log in by simply looking at your computer, while the Cortana digital assistant can help you find useful information from across the web. I also like that the Surface Pen lets you write and draw directly onto the screen, making it easier to take notes or sketch out ideas.

Surface Pen and Surface Dial Support

Microsoft has long been a leader in stylus support. The Surface Pen on the latest Surface Pro 7 is no exception. It’s the same slim Bluetooth-compatible stylus that shipped with previous devices and it works well to draw, write, or navigate around your work with ease.

The Surface Dial is also supported. This wireless puck attaches to your screen and allows you to control certain options for apps like Spotify and Paint 3D by turning or pressing down the top of it.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is an excellent 2-in-1 hybrid laptop, but the high price tag may be a deal breaker.

In a word, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is excellent. It has top-notch performance as well as a great display and excellent design. The battery life could be better, however.

The Surface Pro 7 features an excellent design with a magnesium alloy chassis that’s quite durable. It comes in silver or black, and it has the same kickstand you’ll find on other Surface devices. It also features support for the Surface Dial and Surface Pen accessories, making it more creative-friendly than your average laptop if you’re looking for something for professional use (though note that those are sold separately).

With its Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM, this 2-in-1 hybrid laptop offers impressive performance thanks to its fast startup speed. You should have no problem running multiple apps at once without much lag (though heavy video editing could slow it down).

The integrated Intel Iris Plus graphics card makes the device suitable for some less demanding games at lower settings and resolutions; however, if you’re looking for a dedicated gaming device or something that can handle high-end graphics requirements, this isn’t going to cut it. On top of that, viewing angles aren’t fantastic when playing games due to the glossy display.

Pros and Cons of Microsoft Surface Pro 7

  • Great performance.
  • Good battery life.
  • Comes with a stylus.
  • Excellent display.

  • Expensive.* Not a hybrid tablet.* No USB-C.* No LTE option

Drawbacks of Microsoft Surface Pro 7

  • No Thunderbolt 3 connectivity.
  • The Surface Pro 7 is expensive, even if you only opt for a Core i3 and 4GB of RAM.
  • The Surface Pro 7 is a bit heavy, especially since it doesn’t come with the Type Cover keyboard.
  • The Type Cover is not included in any configuration, so you’ll have to fork over extra money to get it separately.
  • No USB-C port means you can’t rely on that for charging or attaching accessories (such as monitors).
  • The Surface Pro 7 is a bit loud under load. This may not bother most people, but if you’re in a quiet environment or are sensitive to fan noise, this could be an issue.
  • The Surface Pro 7 doesn’t come with a Surface Pen (stylus) out of the box, meaning you’ll need to pay extra for one if you want digital input capabilities.

The Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S is a powerful gaming laptop that is well-built, fairly priced and offers everything you need to play games smoothly.

Despite its relatively cheap price tag, this laptop has a lot of high-end features: it runs on an Intel Core i7 processor with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB solid state drive. It also has NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti graphics cards for superior image quality and fast frame rates. This makes it capable of playing many modern games at high settings or even at ultra settings with some compromises made in graphics quality or finer details (like anti-aliasing).

It has a reasonable price, with adequate specs to handle at least medium settings on most modern games.

The Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S Gaming Laptop is, as the name suggests, a gaming laptop. At the time this was written, its price is $1,099.99 USD. The specs of this laptop are more than adequate to play modern games on at least medium settings and should be sufficient for playing on high settings (especially since some games don’t even have a “medium” option in their settings menus).

Its main selling point is that it offers a lot of processing power for the price range; while one can purchase much more powerful laptops than this one, they will be much more expensive. Finding a laptop that is comparable in performance to this one but also costs significantly less would be difficult.

The Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S has an Intel Core i7-10750H processor and Nvidia’s new GeForce RTX 2070 GPU for power.

The Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S is a strong pick if you’re on the hunt for a gaming laptop in the $1,500 range. Its combination of an Intel Core i7-10750H processor and Nvidia’s new GeForce RTX 2070 GPU will enable you to play games at high and ultra settings in Full HD (1080p). The system also includes 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD and a 144Hz display, so you’ll be able to load games quickly, see them with smooth motion and play for hours on end.

As for battery life, you should expect about 6 hours on this laptop—which is quite good for gaming.

Storage is made up of a 512GB SSD, which isn’t much for gamers but is speedy nonetheless.

The storage is made up of a 512GB SSD, which isn’t much for gamers but is speedy nonetheless. SSD (solid state drive) storage means that anything you do on your machine will be significantly faster than if you had a hard drive. You’ll notice this in everything from booting up and loading apps to installing games and accessing large files.

If 512GB sounds like a lot of space to you, it probably won’t be once Windows, important programs like Microsoft Office, and a couple of games are installed. Your entire gaming library won’t fit on here, so make sure you place the games with the largest file sizes near the top of your priority list when deciding what stays and what goes to another storage device.

The biggest drawback to this storage choice is the size: 512GB isn’t that much for people who plan on doing heavy work on their laptops—or for gamers who have extensive libraries. HDD (hard disk drive) storage lets users store more data than an SSD because it uses magnetic fields to store data instead of storing it physically—like an SSD does with memory chips. An easy way to remember why an HDD has more space than an SSD is that HDDs store things magnetically while SDDs store them physically, so there are physical limits to how many memory chips can fit inside an SSD case at one time. Even though HDDs don’t offer as fast access speeds as SSDs do, they still perform well enough for most day-to-day tasks

You do get 16GB of DDR4 RAM though, which is more than sufficient for many titles at the moment.

  • RAM is incredibly important in gaming, as it dictates how many applications can run at the same time. Even though games like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will play well on 16GB of RAM, some titles could use more than that. Some native Linux-based games, for example, call for up to 32GB of RAM–but there are also ways you can “trick” a game into thinking you’ve got more RAM than you do. When all is said and done, 16GB is an excellent start.

The Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S features a 15.6-inch FHD display with 144Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time and covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut.

With a 15.6″ display, 144Hz refresh rate, 3ms overdrive response time, 100% sRGB color gamut and G-Sync technology, the Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S is a nice laptop with some nice features. You may be wondering if this laptop has enough power to play some of today’s most popular video games, but you needn’t worry about that because it does. The good news is that it does indeed have the necessary specs to play graphics-intensive video games. Additionally, it has Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) (802.11ax) support, which will allow you to browse the internet at gigabit speeds. While this laptop is great for playing video games and browsing the web at fast speeds thanks to its 802.11ax support, there are quite a few things about it that could use some work—but that’s any laptop for you: none are perfect

The display also supports NVIDIA’s G-Sync technology, which helps keep frame rates stable and prevents screen tearing when you disable Vsync in your games.

Pros and Cons of Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S Gaming Laptop

  • PROS:
  • Performance: The Acer Predator is known for being a great gaming laptop, but it’s also quite versatile. You can use it for anything from stream movies to working on a big project for work or school. It can handle any of your tasks and make them look incredible.
  • Price: While the Predator isn’t the cheapest gaming laptop out there, you definitely get more bang for your buck than with other models. The performance and features are worth much more than the asking price, making this laptop one of the best values on the market today.
  • CONS: The biggest downside to this laptop is that it has poor battery life because of all its power and features. But it would be hard to find one that didn’t have this problem because they’re made with so many powerful components and aren’t meant to be portable machines like tablets or smartphones, which need long-lasting batteries just in case their owners forget them somewhere when traveling around town or going about their business all day long without charging up again at some point before going home at night (or whenever).

Drawbacks of Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S Gaming Laptop

There are a few drawbacks to this laptop, too. The keyboard might be disappointing to some users. While the keys have a great feel, it’s not as robust as you may expect from a gaming laptop. It lacks the mechanical switches and RGB lighting of more expensive laptops in its class, which is understandable given its price tag. The speakers aren’t bad but they lack bass and can sometimes sound flat with high fidelity music. However, these shortcomings are relatively minor and shouldn’t detract from the overall value for money that this laptop offers.
