The Pilotfly C45 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer for Compact Camera is designed to stabilize video cameras during handheld operation with a variety of different shooting situations. The stabilizer features an integrated three-axis gimbal that supports compact cameras up to 1.5 lb and can be used in both a vertical or horizontal position. It can also be reversed for low-angle shots, allowing the camera to shoot from just inches off the ground.
The gimbal uses three 32-bit MCU processors, which are in control of the pan, tilt, and roll axes simultaneously. It helps to stabilize your camera and reduces any unwanted movements from showing up in your footage. The gimbal will keep you camera level even when walking at a fast pace or going up and down stairs, allowing you to focus on composition rather than maintaining your balance.
The Pilotfly C45 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer for Compact Camera is an excellent choice of gimbal stabilizer.
- 3-axis gyro stabilization system that offers a “silky smooth” and shake-free footage in nearly any situation
- 360° rotating panning axis, 360° tilting axis, and 320° rolling axis; all three axes can be locked with a single click
- Designed to work with cameras weighing up to 0.8 pounds (0.4 kg), specifically Canon G7X Mark II, Sony RX100 IV or Panasonic LX100, etc.
3-axis motorized gimbal stabilizer
Gimbal stabilizers can be a great help to filmographers looking to add motion shots to their projects. Handheld shots, for example, are one of the many techniques that can be used to enhance storytelling on screen. However, handheld shots usually present a problem when it comes to keeping the camera stable and level. A simple solution is using a motorized gimbal stabilizer like the Pilotfly C45 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer for Compact Camera, which provides a constant balancing force and offers smooth movements with reduced jerky motions.
The C45 offers up to nine hours of run time through its internal 3800mAh lithium battery (not included), and can also be powered by an external battery pack or USB power source via the DC power input port at the bottom of the handgrip (not included). It features three brushless motors that provide support for payloads weighing up to 1.1 lb (0.5 kg). The motors’ pan and tilt axes have 360° rotation, while roll axis has ~270° rotation range. All three axes are lockable with corresponding mechanical switches so you can manage how much movement you want from them during use. The camera mount comes equipped with a standard 1/4″ thread that allows you to attach your mirrorless camera or other device directly without requiring any additional mounting gear (camera not included).

This is a good quality product. I’ve used other gimbals and they are too bulky or heavy. This one is light and compact. I also like the price. It’s good for the money. The packaging was good too, so it wasn’t damaged when it arrived at my house.
The customer service was also very good. They were quick to reply with answers to my questions about how to set up the gimbal and use it properly with my camera for filming things for work, school, travel, and home movies of my kids.
Overall this is a good gimbal that works well for beginners as well as professionals who want an easy-to-use product that will help them get professional looking videos made in no time!

drwabacks of Ikan MS1 Beholder Gimbal for Mirrorless Cameras (Black)
- Overheating issue
Ikan initially reported in their specifications that the MS1 has a 2 hour battery life. This was quickly changed after multiple reviews highlighted the actual runtime of 30-40 minutes before the gimbal became too hot and needed to be cooled down.
- Poor customer support
While we’ve experienced excellent customer service with other brands like DJI and Zhiyun, Ikan’s customer support is sorely lacking. Our team has spent hours on lengthy phone calls that either result in vague responses or an abrupt transfer to another department without any helpful answers. We’ve even had instances where we didn’t hear back from Ikan for days, leaving us stuck waiting with a broken product as our project deadlines rapidly approached. When you need fast support for your business, Ikan’s response time can be devastatingly slow.
- Poor lifespan
The Ikan Beholder’s biggest downfall is its short lifespan. The brushless motors burn out within the first several months of usage and will need to be replaced if you want it to continue functioning properly long term. Not only are these replacements expensive (over $100 per motor), but they’re also not very easy to find since they’re specific to this particular model of gimbal. If you use your gimbal daily as part of your work, this will undoubtedly eat into your business budget as well as add unnecessary stress when you have projects due and no functioning equipment because it broke down again so soon after being fixed last time!

pro and cons of Zhiyun Crane M2 [Official] Handheld 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer
- Lightweight and compact, fits in my camera bag with the rest of the gear. – Easy to use with all of the necessary accessories and cables in the kit.
- Great battery life and power supply options (power bank or USB charger). – Built-in tripod stand is handy for keeping it upright on a flat surface when not being used.
- Firmware updates are required before it will work as advertised. Zhiyun requires you to update your gimbal’s firmware via their website, but I was never able to get past step 1 because their firmware updater software kept crashing on my Mac OS X system (10.)13.4). – Gimbal not smooth enough for professional work. I’m using this with a Sony A7III which is a pro level full frame mirrorless camera which has excellent 5 axis image stabilization built into it already, so the bar is set high in terms of what kind of gimbal performance would be acceptable for professional video production work at this point by comparison. The Zhiyun Crane M2 moves so much when you walk that I can’t imagine using it in any kind of production environment where clients are paying money for me to produce smooth, fluid video footage without getting jitter and shake from this gimbal moving around erratically due to its own weight/mass as well as wind resistance etc., making it unusable in many situations where other less expensive gimbals would perform better than this one does (even without having any electronic stabilizers built into them like some other models have). The only way I can see using this product would be if there was no movement at all on set since even slight breezes outside or walking up stairs inside could cause problems here due to how sensitively balanced these devices really need to be calibrated perfectly every time before they’ll operate properly according to reviews posted elsewhere online by other customers who have purchased similar products recently too… – Noisy

pro and cons of Zhiyun Crane Plus Pro 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer
We’ll now get into the pros and cons of the Zhiyun Crane Plus Pro 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer.
This Gimbal is easier to use because it comes with a camera crane, which helps keep your camera balanced throughout the day, even during long flights. It’s lightweight and can also be used as a monopod for professional videographers, making this product versatile and convenient. The quality of the images taken from this Gimbal are impressive. You’ll feel like you’re flying through space, but without having to leave your living room. It takes about two hours for one battery to fully charge, so you can have it ready to go in no time at all. If you’re looking for something that will not break the bank but still provide excellent footage, then this is definitely worth considering.
This gimbal may not be ideal for beginners since it requires some technical knowledge on how to balance cameras properly in order to get optimal performance out of them while they are mounted on cranes like these (i.e., making sure that they stay centered). Additionally, charging time can vary depending on what type of battery you have installed – if it’s lithium ion batteries then they typically last up to four hours before needing another charge; however if those batteries run out sooner than expected then either an external power source would need
to be used or additional ones purchased separately (which means less money saved over time).
Pro Crane Plus specs.
We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day in February, and we had a shoot set up at the base of Burke Mountain. The cold winds of winter had passed, and spring was on its way. As soon as I saw that the sun was shining through a gap in the clouds and that it would be clear all day, I knew I wanted to get out there.
I’m a huge fan of handheld gimbals, but this was my first time trying one out in public. We were shooting at such an odd angle (viewing camera looking down on model) that it put me off at first because I worried people would laugh or ask how we’d gotten so dirty when we walked in. However, once I got going with my shot and began testing out Zhiyun Crane Plus Pro 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer, it was love from there on out!
The stabilizer is great for high-quality shots with any kind of video feed you’re using—including DSLRs with video lenses attached! - No wireless follow focus, so you won’t be able to program the Crane Plus Pro to follow your subject while they move through space while you yourself are also moving through space.
- No wireless image transmission, so you won’t be able to monitor live video that’s being shot on a smartphone or another device.
- No wireless remote control, so the person operating the gimbal won’t be able to control its movements via a remote controller.
- No wireless smartphone app control, so the person operating the gimbal won’t be able to use their smartphone as a remote controller to use features like smart-tracking and panorama (it might not even be possible for a smartphone app).
- No wireless time-lapse functionality, so any time lapse videos that are shot using this product may not turn out very good at all.
- No wireless touch screen, which means it will be hard for users who have large fingers or poor eyesight because there is no tactile feedback when pressing buttons on this thing!

drwabacks of Zhiyun Crane 2S, 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer for DSLR and Mirrorless Camera, Crane2 Upgraded Version
The Zhiyun Crane 2S, 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer for DSLR and Mirrorless Camera, Crane2 Upgraded Version is a gimbal that is great for stabilizing your camera. It makes for very smooth shots. The only downside of this gimbal is that it isn’t waterproof. Because of this, you have to be careful when using this gimbal in wet situations. Another drwaback to the Zhiyun Crane 2S, 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer for DSLR and Mirrorless Camera, Crane2 Upgraded Version is its weight. The Zhiyun Crane 2S can be heavy and one might want to consider making a handle for the Zhiyun Crane 2S if they plan on using it oftenly because it can tire out your arms easily. Another con about the Zhiyun Crane 2S, 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer for DSLR and Mirrorless Camera, Crane2 Upgraded Version is that it requires a lot of batteries because sometimes they run out after 5 hours of use even though it saids they are supposed to last 18 hours.

pro and cons of hohem Isteady Multi 3-Axis Handheld Stabilizing Gimbal for Compact Digital Camera
The hohem Isteady offers many advantages over other handheld gimbals. For starters, it is extremely portable and user-friendly. If you don’t want to lug around all your equipment, or have a lot of space in your bag for a bulky item, the hohem Isteady can be easily folded for convenient storage. Additionally, its simple operation means that even the most inexperienced users will be able to take great photos with the device in no time at all. The hohem Isteady also has several built-in features that make it stand out from other stabilizers like motion sensors and Bluetooth capabilities that allow you to connect with mobile apps wirelessly through Wi-Fi on Android phones or tablets (but not iPhones).
However, there are some drawbacks associated with using this particular gimbal as well: one being its limited battery life which only lasts up to five hours before needing another charge; another potential issue could come up when shooting images without any movement because these types of photos tend not to turn out very crisp due

drwabacks of hohem Isteady Multi 3-Axis Handheld Stabilizing Gimbal for Compact Digital Camera
While this stabilizer is good for the price and has a lot of features that other gimbals don’t have, it’s not perfect. The main drawbacks are its limited compatibility with phones, the cost of accessories, and the lack of support for some cameras. Let’s take a look at these flaws in more detail:
Expensive Price: The Isteady Multi is on the expensive side, especially when you consider the total cost after adding accessories. For example, if you want to charge your phone while using it with this gimbal, you need to buy an extra cable that costs $20 on Amazon. Another example is if you want to use a GoPro or a DSLR camera with this gimbal stabilizer: you have to buy another set of mounting plates just for those cameras (also $20). So if you plan on getting this device, be prepared to spend a little bit more than what you think initially.
Little Bulky: If compactness is important to you (especially when traveling), then this may not be the best choice because it sticks out farther than most other smartphone gimbals available today. It also has larger battery packs at either end which make it heavier than competing models with similar capabilities (but smaller batteries). Hard To Find Replacement Parts: Some customers had trouble finding replacement parts for their gimbals in case something was broken or lost. This can be especially concerning since anyone who uses one of these products will end to carry them around regularly so there’s always some risk that something could happen during transportation/storage/etc., which makes having easy access important! The Software Is Buggy And Slow: While there are many positives about Hohem’s software update app for smartphones (like how easy it was to connect over Bluetooth), there were also several complaints regarding bugs in both iOS and Android versions as well as slow download speeds when downloading new firmware updates from within the mobile app itself due To A Lack

pro and cons of 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer for iPhone 12 11 PRO MAX X XR XS Smartphone Vlog
- The Gimbal is well made with a solid feel to it, which makes it easy to hold and operate. You get the impression you are holding something that is strong and can do the job.
- The app is good and works well. It’s simple to use and does not get in the way of operation.
- Not very good at tracking moving objects smoothly; this gimbal has quite a bit of slop in its joints, so the camera tends to bounce around a lot when trying to track objects smoothly. I’m sure this would be even worse when using a phone without an optical image stabilization system, which my iPhone 12 Pro has built-in. I’d probably need something much more expensive for that kind of smooth tracking.

But, it does have its drawbacks. It’s only compatible with the iPhone 11 Pro Max and the iPhone 12 Pro Max. That means if you own an Android phone or another iPhone model, the 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer won’t work with your device, so you’ll have to consider other gimbals on this list.
Additionally, it doesn’t work with heavy camera lenses. If you already own a set of professional lenses for your Smartphone camera and want to use them with a gimbal, you may need a more advanced option.
