The performance of this device is also very good; however if you do need more power then we would recommend something like an i7 processor instead which will give you much faster speeds for playing games or editing videos etc.. pro and cons of HP Pavilion 15 Laptop Professional Laptop,

This HP Pavilion 15 Laptop Professional is a high power laptop.

It has a high storage capacity and battery life which makes it ideal for everyday use. It also comes with built-in camera, speakers, microphone and sound system making it great for video calls and watching movies or playing games. The 15 inch screen has full HD display that ensures clear images while working on spreadsheets or reading eBooks. The keyboard has backlit feature making it easier to type in low light conditions.

However the laptop does not have dedicated graphics card making it unsuitable for graphic designers who need faster processing time especially when using heavy applications like AutoCAD software which requires higher specifications from the processor to handle complex calculations quickly without any delay in rendering images on screen.

drwabacks of HP Pavilion 15 Laptop Professional Laptop,

While this laptop is not perfect, HP Pavilion 15 Laptop Professional Laptop has a lot going for it. It has a great display and some great features, but the keyboard and trackpad are not very good. Also, at over 6 pounds in weight and 1 inch thick, it’s on the heavy side. That being said, if you’re looking for an affordable laptop that can do just about everything you need it to (and more), then this is an excellent choice!

  • No bloatware. The ASUS ZenBook Flip S Professional Laptop doesn’t come with any pre-installed apps or software, which means you get all the storage space you paid for. This is a real rarity in today’s world of laptops with “bloatware” (often unnecessary apps) taking up valuable storage space on your computer. While it does have some pre-installed software like Windows Defender and McAfee LiveSafe, these are extremely light compared to what most laptops come with nowadays. You can even uninstall them if you want!

If you are on the go, this laptop may not be for you as it doesn’t include any USB-A ports. All of your peripherals will need to use dongles or adapters if they aren’t wireless because there are only two USB-C ports on this laptop. If you need more than 4K video output, then another adapter will be needed as well since there are no dedicated graphics on this model either.

When it comes to ultra-portable laptops, Apple has set the standard for a long time now. Their latest MacBook Air continues that trend and adds some high end features at the cost of some processing power.

  • Released in March 2018
  • Intel Core i5 1.6 GHz (Turbo Boost up to 3.6 GHz)
  • 8GB 1866 MHz LPDDR3 RAM
  • 256GB PCIe SSD storage

AppleCare+ for Mac extends your coverage to three years from

In addition, AppleCare+ for Mac extends your coverage to three years from your AppleCare+ purchase date and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other damage, plus applicable tax. In addition, you’ll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts via chat or phone.

The Apple MacBook Air (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) is a great laptop with excellent design and build quality. It’s among the best 13-inch laptops we’ve seen, with fast performance and a comfortable keyboard. The battery life is great too.

Technical Specifications

This MacBook Air (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) is a beautiful piece of technology that’s powerful enough for everyday use and portable enough to take anywhere. Its aluminum body feels sturdy in the hand and its crystal-clear glass display is gorgeous. It’s fast and smooth, has great battery life, and runs all of my favorite apps with no issues. When I want to get some work done, I’m able to easily connect it through my wireless internet connection. The keyboard is smaller than normal, but it’s still bigger than on your typical laptop. Because it doesn’t have a full-sized keyboard you won’t be able to type as fast or as accurately as if you were using a standard keyboard like the one on your tablet or smartphone, but this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t buy the MacBook Air because some people prefer a smaller keyboard—it just means you need to get used to typing differently before you decide this laptop isn’t for you. This product has an operating system called macOS Sierra which comes preinstalled so that you don’t have to install anything yourself; however there are older versions of OS X available which will still work on this laptop just fine but not all of the newer features in OS X are included so if the newest version doesn’t appeal to you then maybe go for one of the older models that come with Windows instead.

Display

With their sleek, minimalist designs and high-end features, MacBook Air laptops make it easy to stay productive on the go. Equipped with a blazingly fast solid-state drive and available in an array of colors, MacBook Air has everything you need to work, play, or do both at once.

Processor

For performance, the MacBook Air is similar to other computers in its price range. It has a 1.1GHz Intel Core i5 processor with Turbo Boost that can reach speeds of up to 3.5GHz, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of SSD storage space (which is not upgradeable). The Air’s 10th-Generation Intel HD Graphics 615 card supports playback of 4K video at 60 FPS.

#*Additional details:

Graphics and Video Support

Graphics and video support:

The 13.3-inch screen has a native resolution of 2560 by 1600 pixels. However, it will also automatically scale resolutions to up to 4K (3840 by 2160 pixels). That wide range of supported resolutions is due to the Intel UHD Graphics 617 chipset with 64MB of embedded DRAM.

In our testing, we found that this graphics card was sufficient for playing less-demanding games like Rocket League, CS:GO and Minecraft at medium or high settings, as well as watching most streaming services like Netflix at High quality.

A caveat you should be aware of is that Chrome does not have hardware acceleration enabled on this system. While this isn’t an issue for everyday browsing, it means that YouTube videos in the browser won’t be able to play at 60fps even if you have a streamer capable of playing at higher frame rates. Most browsers do not have hardware acceleration enabled on macOS Mojave (Safari does), so this is something to keep in mind if you’re picking up a new MacBook Air and plan on doing a lot of video streaming in your free time.

  • Camera

The MacBook Air has a 720p FaceTime HD camera for video calls and taking 720p photos. To switch between the two resolutions, open System Preferences and select FaceTime.

Alongside these photos are 1,520 x 1,080 videos recorded at 30 fps, which is a bit less than ideal if you’re looking to shoot your own home movies. While the resolution is better than VGA or QVGA, it’s still not ideal for any type of film-making endeavors, unless you have aspirations to make avant-garde works that use repetition in an experimental nature.

Wireless

The MacBook Air comes equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, two connectivity options that allow you to connect your Apple computer to the Internet and to accessories such as speakers, mice, and keyboards. The first of those options is Wi-Fi. Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) is a trademark name for wireless local area network technology that allows multiple devices within close proximity to share Internet access. Your MacBook Air features 802.11ac Wi-Fi, which has a much greater throughput than previous Wi-Fi standards and can achieve speeds up to 3x faster than 802.11n’s top speed of 600 Mbps. In addition, it has backward compatibility with 802.11a/b/g/n networks, so if you’re unable to access an 802.11ac router from your location or there’s not an available network at all, you’ll still be able to utilize your Internet connection through one of the other wireless standards supported by this device.

Bluetooth wireless technology is used for short range connections between devices. With Bluetooth 5.0 built into this computer, sending data between your devices will be improved over previous iterations of the standard in many ways:

  • There’s twice as much bandwidth available for transferring information between paired devices compared with Bluetooth 4.2

The full list of improvements in the newest version of Bluetooth are:

  • Up to 2 Mbit/s data rate (twice as fast as BLE 4.2)
  • Up to 8x range
  • Up to 16 unique connections (compared with 4 connections in BLE 4.2) This product uses components that can be recycled and reused if disassembled by a specialized company; please contact your local authorities or retailer for details on how they might recycle this product when it reaches the end of its useful life

Keyboard and Trackpad

The review unit I received for this article was a 13” Apple MacBook Air (model A1369) with a 1.8GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage space. The storage is non-expandable via traditional methods, so you’ll have to rely on cloud applications like iCloud or Dropbox if you want to be able to get more storage space in the future.

The computer has two USB 3.0 ports and a new, smaller MagSafe 2 power adapter port. Thunderbolt 2 ports are also available on this machine, although they can only be used with specific adapters (not included) currently due to their high price.

Apple has always set the bar when it comes to keyboards and trackpads in laptops simplistically designed with aesthetics in mind —a design philosophy which extends to their newest model of the MacBook Air as well. Every feature has some sort of purpose—even the keyboard feels like it was crafted by an artisan who took their time crafting each key perfectly for your typing needs. Each key gives just enough resistance so you know when you’ve pressed one down; never does it feel “mushy” or “spongy.”

Battery and Power2

The Apple MacBook Air (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) is a great lightweight laptop for those who want a nice design. It’s powered by an Intel Core i5 processor and has a battery life of up to 12 hours. This is important because it lets you use the device on all day long while also making sure that it can last many years with proper care.

It’s hard to fully review a laptop or PC without seeing or using it, but I can say this much: the product page has little information about its true specs. They won’t tell you it only has 8 GB of RAM, nor will they tell you how awful the audio quality is from its speakers, nor will they let you know that there are no USB ports! So if these issues bother you when purchasing a new laptop, research each potential model carefully before making your purchase.

Also note that this particular model does not come with any Thunderbolt 3 ports – just be sure that won’t keep you from getting what you need out of your hardware.

pro and cons of Apple MacBook Air (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) –

If you’re looking for a great laptop to carry around and use for work or school, this is a good one! It has a fast processor, so it can open lots of programs at once. This is also the case with its battery life—it can go up to 9 hours without needing to be charged! However, there isn’t an SD card slot, nor is there one that supports USB-C; if you’ve got any devices that require those ports on your computer, choose another one instead. You may also want to reconsider if you need a touchscreen—it doesn’t have one. Another drawback is the price tag—the Apple MacBook Air (13-inch) can cost over $1000. While some people don’t mind paying extra for quality tech products, many might find this too expensive and opt for something else instead.

This bundle includes the new MacBook Air, an AppleCare+ extended protection plan, and a cloth carrying case.

The MacBook Air was the computer I’d been dreaming of owning. After years of exchanging notes with Apple execs, it seemed as if they were finally ready to bring their innovative designs to a wider market. The MacBook Air’s sleek aluminum body was something I’d always wanted in an Apple design, and the brand new Intel Core i7 processor inside was even more tempting. I’m not sure what took them so long, but I’m glad that it happened at last.

The main benefit of the MacBook Air is its durability; after all, Apple has made a segment their mission: build products that are durable and last for generations…it’s almost as if they’re still in the “bigger better faster stronger” phase. The aspect ratio on this computer makes it easy to operate with one hand, too—I’ll admit that I don’t like tiny little gadgets to begin with, because they get lost in your hands while you type (which is why my iPhone is so huge). But this beauty fits right into your palm.

The biggest drawback is also its biggest selling point—the price tag. You’re going to spend more than you ever have on an Apple product (including iPhones), but what you get is well worth it! With these new features included in this package deal…it’s almost worth waiting for technology to catch up with Apple again before buying another laptop!

drwabacks of Apple MacBook Air (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) –

The MacBook Air is an incredibly limited computer. It has a single port and doesn’t have much space for upgrades, but if you don’t need to do either of these things and want something compact, this could be the laptop for you.

7.Microsoft Surface Pro 7

SeriesSurface Pro
BrandMicrosoft
Generation10th Generation
Screen Size12.3 Inches
Operating SystemWindows 10 Home

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a 12.3-inch 2-in-1 laptop that can be used as a tablet or laptop, with an optional stylus. If you know anything about the Surface Pro 6, this new device won’t be much of a surprise to you. The only change here is the addition of Intel’s 10th generation Ice Lake processors, which offer a modest performance boost over the last version. Despite that and some other small changes on the inside, at first glance the Surface Pro 7 looks exactly like its predecessor in every way except for one detail: it has no USB-C port, no Thunderbolt 3 port, no microSD card slot, no fingerprint sensor, and no 4G LTE option.

And even though there are several laptops out there with USB 4.0 ports (and even though it would have been easy to add one here), this thing doesn’t have any either! As such, it’s not hard to see how this could be viewed as disappointing to many people—especially because Microsoft has long pushed the Surface Pro as an excellent road warrior machine.

The Surface Pro 7 is the most powerful Surface laptop yet, with an Intel 10th Gen Core processor and up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage.

If you want a less powerful but still solid option, the i5-1035G4 model is $899. It has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of SSD storage. Or if you want to go in the other direction, this machine can pack up to an Intel Core i7-1065G7 with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage.

It is a 2-in-1 that lets you use it as a tablet (with optional pen) or a laptop (with optional keyboard).

The Surface Pro 7 is a 2-in-1 that lets you use it as a tablet (with optional pen) or a laptop (with optional keyboard). In Tablet Mode, the screen is like any other tablet. You can do virtually anything you’d do on an iPad with your finger, but some things are easier with a stylus (the altnerative name for the Surface Pen). In Laptop Mode, well, you’ve seen laptops before. It’s the same thing. In Studio Mode, you stand up the kickstand on the rear of the device and put it in landscape orientation. The keyboard folds over to cover up part of the display. This is good for drawing apps like OneNote and Sketchable that can handle an input device that covers part of your work area.

In View Mode, you tilt back the kickstand so that it’s nearly vertical and put it in portrait orientation. This is perfect for reading content like ebooks or articles online; it feels more natural than swiping around text on a screen (it’s also better than printing out all those pages).

The 12.3-inch display has one major change from previous models, which is the option for USB-C.

The Surface Pro 7’s 12.3-inch display is the same size and resolution as it was on the Pro 6, with a 3:2 aspect ratio that makes it better for reading and web pages than 16:9 displays. It’s bright and colourful, with excellent viewing angles.

Microsoft’s excellent pressure-sensitive pen is sold separately, but if you want to take notes or sketch on your Surface Pro 7, it’s well worth the investment.

The USB-C port can be used to connect that cable for charging, but you can also send data, video and audio using the new port.

You can use the USB-C port on the Pro 7 for charging. But you can also send data, video and audio using this new port.

As a quick recap of what USB-C is all about: It’s a new type of USB (universal serial bus) connector that delivers power, data and video to and from devices like laptops, phones chargers and accessories. The USB-C is used by many laptop makers including Apple, which uses it on its MacBook laptops. It’s also used by Samsung on its phone products.

The cool thing about the reversible connector — which is a bit smaller than previous generations of “full-size” USB ports — is that you don’t need to worry about plugging it in the wrong way since there isn’t an upside down direction for the plug.

With the new 10th Gen Intel processors, the Surface Pro 7 has a huge jump in power over its predecessors.

The Surface Pro 7 is the first Microsoft 2-in-1 to get Intel’s new 10th Gen processors. This means plenty of power and performance improvements over the previous version as well as a significant increase in battery life.

You can choose between an Intel Core i3, i5 or i7. In our review, we tested the mid-range model with a Core i5 processor. It features four cores (the Core i3 has two cores and the Core m3 two cores with HyperThreading) which will let you do more at once without any issues. The entry level processor is still powerful enough for everyday tasks like browsing the web, watching videos and writing reports, while the more powerful models let you do even more demanding tasks like editing HD videos or playing some games at medium settings.

The biggest improvement over last year’s model is that now all models are fanless, meaning they run silent even under heavy use. That’s because both the higher end processors feature lower TDP (thermal design power), which makes them more energy efficient so they don’t generate as much heat when performing tasks.

Pros and Cons of Microsoft Surface Pro 7

CONS

  • Thick bezels
  • No SD card slot
  • No USB-A port
  • No Thunderbolt 3
  • No built-in LTE
  • No fingerprint sensor or facial recognition for biometric security (although you can use Windows Hello with the 1MP front webcam)
  • Limited configuration options, including display and storage size, RAM, and processor speed. (Upgrade options are available at Best Buy.)

PROS

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 comes with a 12.3-inch PixelSense touch screen display with 2736 x 1824 resolution. The tablet has a 10th generation Intel Core i3 dual core processor, which runs at 1.1GHz base frequency and boosts up to 3.4GHz. It also features 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage space for your files, pictures, videos and apps—it’s even expandable via the integrated microSD card reader!

Drawbacks of Microsoft Surface Pro 7

  • The biggest drawback of the Surface Pro 7 is its relatively modest performance. The tablet is using Intel UHD graphics, which is not great for gaming or video editing. The base model of the tablet comes with an Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM, which we would consider underpowered compared to other tablets in this category. You should plan on spending extra for a model with at least 8GB of RAM if you want to multitask as much as possible.

The 15.6″ FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS, anti-glare, 300 nits display is a great choice if you’re looking for a large yet portable laptop that can be used indoors or out. The Intel 10th Generation i7-10510U Quad Core Processor (1.8GHz – 4.9GHz, 8MB Cache) will handle everything from web surfing to video editing with ease, and the graphics card has enough power to handle games at medium settings without any problems.

The keyboard is comfortable to use and has a backlight that can be adjusted depending on your preference; the trackpad also supports Windows Precision drivers for seamless navigation of apps like Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Excel when needed.

Intel 10th Generation i7-10510U Quad Core Processor (1.8GHz – 4.9GHz, 8MB Cache)

The Intel 10th Generation Core i7-10510U processor, a Quad-Core with Hyper-Threading technology and 1.8 GHz / 4.9 GHz Turbo Boost frequency, delivers exceptional performance for 4K gaming and demanding tasks. It features 8 MB cache memory and 4 cores, 8 threads in a 15 W TDP that’s best suited for mobile devices such as the Lenovo Yoga C740-15.6″ FHD Touch Laptop PC (80QC/DZ2).

12GB soldered LPDDR3-2133MHz

The Lenovo Yoga C740 features a solid state drive (SSD) for storage. The SSD is soldered to the systemboard and cannot be replaced, so it is not possible to upgrade the storage capacity after purchase. In contrast, modern hard drives are mounted on traditional SATA-based connectors and can be easily upgraded.

In terms of memory, the Yoga C740 comes with 2 RAM slots allowing for up to 16 GB RAM total.

512GB SSD M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe 3.0×4

SSD is more expensive than HDD, but the higher performance and lower latency of SSDs makes them ideal for applications that require quick access to data. This includes gaming, multimedia editing and playback, video streaming, and other compute-intensive tasks.

You’ll also notice that there are no moving parts in an SSD. This means it’s far less likely to break or become damaged over time.

Intel UHD Graphics 620

As you might expect, the Intel UHD Graphics 620 is less powerful than a dedicated graphics card. It’s not going to do well with gaming, but if you just want to watch movies or surf the web and check social media, it will be fine.

It can also handle some photo editing and even some video editing like trimming clips or adding text overlays.

pro and cons of Lenovo Yoga C740-15.6″ FHD Touch

The Lenovo Yoga C740-15.6″ FHD Touch is a great laptop for productivity, media consumption and gaming. The laptop is lightweight and sleek making it easy to carry around with you. The screen resolution is good but the storage space is limited as you can only add an additional 256 GB M2 SSD which isn’t even available on Amazon US right now. It has fast processing speed so you can edit photos or videos without any lag time between shots. The keyboard feels good to type on but it’s a bit too small compared to other laptops in this price range so if typing long documents is important then look elsewhere before buying this laptop because chances are high that you won’t be able to finish writing your essay in one sitting due to discomfort caused by typing too much on such small keys after just half an hour of use (which could happen if not careful).

As far as sound quality goes, I find it pretty decent with enough bass that makes me feel like listening music through speakers instead of headphones sometimes but when watching movies/TV shows online there were times where I could hear echoes from other speakers nearby even though they weren’t turned up all the way loud either so maybe my ears aren’t calibrated correctly yet?

Solid machine for when you need a laptop on the go.

The Lenovo Yoga C740-15.6″ FHD Touch is a solid machine for when you need a laptop on the go. With its powerful processor, comfortable keyboard and touchpad, great display and battery life, it’s a good fit for your everyday productivity and entertainment needs.

drwabacks of Lenovo Yoga C740-15.6″ FHD Touch

It’s not a great laptop but it’s okay.

  • The screen is not bright enough and the colors are not accurate.
  • Some keys on the keyboard have a rattling sound, like they don’t fit properly or something. They are also very loud when you press them so if you work in a quiet office people will hear you typing even though it’s just normal work stuff!
  • The battery life is not long enough for me to do my job efficiently, especially considering how heavy this machine has become after using it for 2 months now (and I’m only an average user).

The good contrast ratio of 1:1350 allows you to see in greater detail when watching HDR video content.

The color accuracy of DeltaE 2.0 is good out of the box and can be further improved by enabling the preinstalled ASUS Splendid app and selecting the “Vivid” or “Eye Care” color preset that lowers the blue light emissions.

The viewing angles are decent as well, so images don’t change much unless you’re looking at the screen from completely odd angles.

The brightness averages at 301 nits – enough to use it outside in most scenarios with only some reflections on the glossy panel surface being visible if outside lighting hits it directly from oblique angles.

pro and cons of ASUS VivoBook S15 Thin & Light Laptop, 15.6”

Pros:

  • It’s light and thin (but not too thin)
  • Better quality than the Dell XPS 13 (and also cheaper, which is important)
  • The build quality seems to be a bit better than the XPS 13, as well. It feels more solid and sturdy, where the XPS 13 feels like it would break if you dropped it or ruined if you scratched it.

As far as drawbacks go, it seems that most users agree that the battery life is pretty poor. While the Asus VivoBook S15 lasts for five to seven hours on a full charge, some reviewers say they can only get four hours of battery life out of their new laptop. This may not be enough juice for you if you need to use your computer without access to an outlet for long periods of time.

Another potential drawback is the keyboard: some reviewers say it’s a bit mushy, and others report that the keys are sticky. This means it could be hard—or even painful—to type on this laptop for long periods of time if you’re not used to having these kinds of keys beneath your fingertips.

All in all, this is a great little laptop for any level of user. Like most Asus VivoBook products that have come before it, this model has a bunch of neat features and operates smoothly. However, there are a couple drawbacks that you’ll need to be aware of and keep in mind if you’re considering buying one for yourself or someone else:

  • The trackpad isn’t the biggest out there (but it works fine).
  • The keyboard’s not backlit (but again, totally usable).
